Car Camera Recorder is designed with user privacy as a fundamental priority. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any of your personal data, location history, video recordings, telemetry logs, or camera feeds. Everything is processed strictly on your device and remains under your control. We do not use any servers to store your files.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Our application offers premium features via auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly and Yearly supporters). All transactions, payments, and subscription states are handled securely by Apple using the built-in App Store commerce system (StoreKit). We do not have access to, nor do we store, your credit card details, billing address, or personal payment credentials. Your subscription is tied directly to your Apple ID.

3. Device Permissions

To perform its core functions, the application requires access to certain device resources. You will be prompted to grant permissions for:

Camera: Required to capture video feeds for dashcam recording.
Microphone: Required to record audio along with the video feeds (optional, can be disabled).
Location: Required to display real-time speed, calculate trip distance, determine current address, and record GPX tracks.
Photo Library / Files: Required to save and export recorded video files to your device.

All resources accessed under these permissions are processed locally on-device and are never uploaded or shared externally.

4. No Third-Party Analytics or Advertising

We believe in a clean, professional user experience. Car Camera Recorder does not integrate any third-party analytics libraries, advertising networks, or user tracking services. We do not track your behavior, usage patterns, or device identifiers.
